There are so many ways to approach your health. Certainly
our fading western system of treating symptoms not people,
has failed us. We need to take more responsibility for
our own health, and not simply leave it to doctors to
fix us when we are sick. Really this is just common
sense, but as a society we have lost site of that sensibility.
Fortunately,
the future looks very bright. Ancient systems of healing
are being reintegrated into the world society. I am
particularly optimistic because I believe all the knowledge
of past civilizations' medicinal practices still exists
in the recesses of our collective consciousness. We
just need to unveil it, re-introduce it, and reintegrate
it.
The

give you information on a variety of possibilities.

may help you find a professional to assist you in the
process.
In
the end, it is up to you to take the responsibility
to manage your own health every day. I do have one request
though:
Please
do not let anyone, including doctors, limit your ideas
about your own ability to heal or to live a healthy
life. It is they who need the teaching. I sincerely
believe that currently our potential to heal ourselves
is, for the most part, untapped.
